Bangladesh is one of the least developed countries in the world. Its economic base is weak, and its manufacturing industry is underdeveloped. Its industry is dominated by the production of raw materials and primary products. The national economy is mainly dependent on agriculture. Industrial workers account for only 8% of the national workforce.

BASHUNDARA Group is the largest enterprise in Bangladesh, and its Bashundhara Food And Beverage Industry Ltd has a flour factory, which has been providing the vast majority of flour supply in the country for many years, and plays an important role in ensuring people's livelihood. For a long time, the problem of difficulty in recruiting suitable skilled workers has been troubling the development of enterprises. The factory urgently needs automated production equipment to reduce its dependence on labor.

Since 2020, Bashundhara has cooperated with Anhui Zengran Pack to design relevant programs. In July, the project was launched. At the initial stage, Bashundhara did not know the advanced level of the flour packaging automation system, nor could it put forward effective requirements. Through many communications, one month later, the demand information of Bashundhara gradually became clear. With the deepening of the understanding between the two sides, the automation equipment of Anhui Zengran Pack gave birth to more ideas from customers. However, the plant area limits the placement of equipment, and Bashundhara company does not agree to reduce any work station that can replace manual work, which creates difficulties for the subsequent design.

On September 22, the automatic flour packaging project of Bashundhara Company covered the primary and secondary packaging of flour, which required the realization of a fully automatic intelligent assembly line. In order to meet the needs of customers, our technical team went to the site in the heat of the summer and worked overtime almost every day to draw, model and produce 3D. After nearly a month's efforts, we presented the complete design scheme to customers, which was recognized by Bashundhara.

In October, with the progress of the project, the demand of Bashundhara Company also adjusted, which brought great challenges to our technical team. With the implementation of technical requirements in December, our technical team has been combing and verifying for two months since the beginning of 2021. Every size and process should be carefully considered. For our technical team, the complexity and challenges of this project are unprecedented. However, in the face of difficulties, Anhui Zengran Pack Staff carried forward the spirit of "moving forward as the difficulties become more difficult". Under the condition of tight manpower and lack of experience, after five months of efforts, in June 2021, all equipment will be produced, commissioned and shipped smoothly.

In August, the equipment arrived at the Bashundhara Dhaka plant. However, at that time, the epidemic situation abroad was tense, and it was difficult to send personnel at home. Don't let customers suffer losses for any reason! Anhui Zengran Pack's decision-making level decided to overcome all difficulties, install and debug on time, quickly form a three-person team, and after strict epidemic prevention measures, board the plane and fly to Bangladesh on October 7.

After more than one month of intensive construction, on November 15, 2021, the full automatic flour packaging production line in Bashundhara, Bangladesh, was connected, and all production lines operated according to the design requirements, providing a perfect answer sheet to the customer.
