Application
It is a reliable and heavy duty automatic packaging line for handling bulk powder products, detergent powder, wheat flour, milk powder, powder fertilizer, chemical powder etc. The product is conveyed to the weighing container by its own weight, the main feed and fine feed can be adjusted using a cut-off gate with a variable opening that, depending on production capacity, it's driven pneumatically.
Functionality
Individual bag pick-up and opening
Empty bag (with or without gusset) transfer to filling mouth
Bag hermetic fastening on filling mouth
Bag filling (product discharge from scale or dozer) and vibrating
Closing system: Thermo-sealing and/or multiple sewing, fold and glued etc.
