Application:
It is a reliable and heavy duty automatic packaging line for handling bulk granule products, salt, sugar, rice, seeds, pet foods, fertilizers. The product is conveyed to the weighing container by its own weight, the main feed and fine feed can be adjusted using a cut-off gate with a variable opening that, depending on production capacity, it's driven pneumatically.
Functionality
Individual bag pick-up and opening
Empty bag (with or without gusset) transfer to filling mouth
Bag hermetic fastening on filling mouth
Bag filling (product discharge from scale or dozer) and vibrating
Closing system: Thermo-sealing and/or multiple sewing, fold and glued etc.
Bag Types
Pre-made open mouth bag with gussets, standard pillow bag or block/cross bottom bag, with or without handle.
Bag Materials
Laminated polywoven, paper bags, PP, PE etc.

Working Principle:
Material is fed into surge bin through customer's hopper. The homogenizing system in surge bin
agitates the material to vent the gas contained in material out of the bin to prevent bridge forming
during packing process. Material is then filled into bags through double heads vibration scale or servo type scale which is controlled by frequency convertor. When reaching the target value, feeding section stops and the filled bag is
ready to be manually or automatically discharged. The machine is ready for a new filling circle.
Our packaging machine use the PLC system of 10" full color touch screen panel, dual English/Chinese interface.
The machine installation 3pcs of high precision load cell provide high weighing accuracy, also the bag clamping
device installation 2pcs of cylinder and 2pcs of sensor switch, bag clamped more tighter, bag giving more safe.
The bagging machine working with the automatic bag sewing machine with automatic start/off and single needle
double thread automatic cutter, the sewing data can be display and record.
